I've tried QOS on our router with our existing wireless internet connection, but it makes little difference. Our microwave wireless connection is shared with other people on the same AP, and sadly I do not have authority to tell our ISP...

Have you considered Hamachi? (free software VPN-thr-nat) I know it's not the hardware solution you were looking for, but it works great! http://www.hamachi.cc
There are two distinct and separate networks, one at office1 and one at office2. My goal is to do Ethernet bridging between them using a standard IPsec VPN connection. Both offices have a public IP address. (And both addresses are on seperate subnets)
