    I just attempted to upgrade a Secure Router 1002. I successfully downloaded the T1000.Z file, but when I try to download the bin file, I get a message saying "busy returning". It never hits my tftp server. Does anyone have any ideas?

    I am having a hard time getting a USR Robotics 56k Modem to connect to SR 1002. I can dial the phone number hear the modem answer but it neverpicks up at the the router. Has anyone have any info of proper dip switches and or AT commands required to get this thing working? Thanks
