I'm currently running ASA R1.9.06 and I'm having a heck of a time finding any upgrades for it. Did Avaya change the name from ASA to Communications Manager? Is that basically the same thing?

I don't think so, I have Call Management System (Supervisor)installed on my pc but not CAS. Does CAS usually come with the Avaya Definity systems?
Will it say Call Accounting System on the CD itself?
I would like to know if there is a way to track outbound/inbound calls by extensions by weekly or even
monthly?
I'm currently using Definity Enterprise Communications Server Release 9.
My software load is R011i.03.1.531.0
It appears that we are pretty behind on the updates compare to the rest...
