    Aha... that does explain it! Thank you so much. I knew that the caller ID function was supported on version 3 and higher, however I wasn't aware that it didn't apply to the 308 module. Many thanks. -Marc

    Yes, in fact, I have reloaded the system software from my forced installation card, and have renumbered the boards. Still the same problem. Any further suggestions?! Thanks, Marc
