    Thanks Andrew for your help. I spoke to my printers this am and they have come up with a solution by changing everything to outlines and saving as an ai file and this seems to work. Thanks again Lucy

    Even if I alter my artbox size to the bleed size and save it still wont see blled or crops L

    Hi can someone help, I'm sending some artwork to my printers as a pdf file. I have created it in illustrator 10 and it has crop marks and a 3mm bleed. When the printer opens it he cannot see the crop marks or bleed. Aparently I have to get the separation setup dialogue box up and load a ppd...
