    Unified Maint.Console & TDA200 MFC error

    I have Unified maint console version 3.0.001.0 & have customer with TDA100 version 1.07. I can connect fine to PBX however cannot open the load in its native format instead i get a unsupported operation was attempted screen pop then a TDA200 MFC application error. Any suggestions?

    MICS Fiber module incompatibilty

    Trying to add 2 0X16 station modules to MICS e/w 6.1XC SW, System will not reckonize modules, however if I move existing module to this fiber port it will work & if I move new station module to existing fiber port it will not work there either. Seems to be a firmware problem in new station...
