    I have spoken to the IT team here and they are saying it can't be done as all the skill groups are set over 3 servers across 3 site does anyone have a number i can call regards to this as mosy proberbly am not explaining what am trying to do in the best way.

    You may want to upgrade to ICM 4.6.2 There have been many improvements to the reporting, and there are new IPCC specific templates. Good luck!
