    If a user of a 5320 phone has a message waiting, hits the vm key without picking up the receiver, the display says "Call Nupoint MW". Sometimes, though, one person will accidentally hit something on their phone that causes that message to come not from NuPoint, but from their extension...

    Yes, there's not a lot there to configure, just the IP address of the MAS server, and the number of the hunt group the 3300 uses to communicate with it. Both are there, and seem to be correct. I don't think visual VM would work at all if they weren't.

    I've uploaded a picture of what my display looks like after a call comes in, I hope this works. Sorry it's not very clear, but it's a box that shows you the name, number, and time the call came in. I enabled that on the phone in grey button, settings, call notification, display call info.

    Thanks! I found the COS option and set it, it works great. Didn't see where you set multicall to ring continuous, but I'm happy with the brief ring if I can look over at the phone and see who's calling. I know how to use call history, but it's kind of lame to have to hit three or four keys...
