    IP Office 9.1 intermittent page tone

    I have a 9.0 and I am trying to find a way to turn the page tone off all the time, over the phones and the overhead. I am hoping for some clues based on your question, of losing it at all times. Can anybody add to the page tone issues?

    Primary set is usually left out on purpose. In a big place users pick up an outside call in error when they really were trying to pickup a transferred call near them. Leave in to answer outside/all calls.
