use feature *1 than press the button to be programmed. Enter the outside number (you may have to insert a 9 in front of the number for line pool access) and ok.
When making a call and using Feature 900 on a Norstar phone system I get the message "no active line". The SMDR is working but it does not recognize when I'm on the line (PRI). The call goes through with no problem but I don't get any data since it thinks there is no active line.
