Yes, you can now use either .csv or .xls in Rls 4 and 5. With the .csv file you can skip the header row and start the data in row 1. I'm not sure where they added the .xls capability but I agree with you John that this is a great feature that also works great for bulk mailbox removals.
First create the Excel file with a column for each field of data that you would normally add when creating a single mailbox. You need a minimum of the firstname, lastname, and mailbox number. The fist line of the spreadsheet should be the header row with your data starting in the second row...
Does anyone know if there is a way to enable a call timer to display on the Nortel i2002. I don't see it in the menu options like I do on the i2004 model.
