    Auto Save Emails to Network

Hi, We have decided to go with a rules option, does anyone know of any software that will allow the Outlook rules to be set once on the server? We found this product http://www.ornicusa.com/ which seems perfect, but it only works for Exc5.5! Can't seem to find one for 2003 anywhere? Any...

    Auto Save Emails to Network

Thanks for all of your suggestions, but Sherepoint is an overhead which we don't want to get into. Ideally we'd just like some archiving software that will copy emails from exchange to the File store.

We also have a lot of data out of email, large CAD drawings which we don't really want to bog the exchange server down with.

    No RDP after reboot

Hi Yes I also have the same problem, another restart usually does the trick, I have learn to use an alternative remote tool (VNC or LOGMEIN) to initially connect after the first restart to perform a second reboot. Hi I have a situation where users have more than one mailbox, this is due to a requirement that they send/rec emails from different domain addresses depending on the company name. Hi I have the following problem: I have everyone's email address on "domain.com" They are all set to receive under recipient policy emails from domain.com, domain2.com, domain3.com and so on, and if they need to send from domain2.com, they use Outlook 2003 to select the accounts. That part...

Implementing Exchange 2003 server at remote site

Thanks Neill That is my concern, that it is not entirely going to overcome the lag problem. They are using Outlook in Cached mode, but when they send an email it locks their PC's up. If an Exchange server is there, that will do all the work of sending/rec from the main office. But like you say...

the backup file contains unrecognized data and cannot be used

This may be the case but how can 3rd party software read the files and not the native NT backup? If the backup file is corrupt it would not read in the 3rd party software.
