Hi,
We have decided to go with a rules option, does anyone know of any software that will allow the Outlook rules to be set once on the server?
We found this product http://www.ornicusa.com/ which seems perfect, but it only works for Exc5.5! Can't seem to find one for 2003 anywhere? Any...
Thanks for all of your suggestions, but Sherepoint is an overhead which we don't want to get into. Ideally we'd just like some archiving software that will copy emails from exchange to the File store.
We are trying to save all emails that are sent or received with certain project numbers in the subject to save the emails to the job folder on the network, just because many different people work on any one project and all of the emails need to be accessed by everyone working on that project...
Hi,
I'm looking for software that will run on Exchange 2003 server which will automatically save a copy of any emails (sent or rec) to a network location. This will be based on the subject (so if the subject contains 4343 save to folder H:\jobs\4343).
Does anyone know of a good package that...
Hi
Yes I also have the same problem, another restart usually does the trick, I have learn to use an alternative remote tool (VNC or LOGMEIN) to initially connect after the first restart to perform a second reboot. I have trawled through lots of documents on this, none have worked and most just...
Hi
I have a situation where users have more than one mailbox, this is due to a requirement that they send/rec emails from different domain addresses depending on the company name. So one user will have both user@company1.com and user@company2.com.
My problem is that the first mailbox is cached...

Hi
I am in a similar situation to you, although I have not yet tried the web ones. I have been advised that these programs can be a nightmare. So I am open to any suggestions. Please could you let me know if anyone recommends a good one?
What was the web based one you were using, I have been...
Hi
I have the following problem:
I have everyone's email address on "domain.com" They are all set to receive under recipient policy emails from domain.com, domain2.com, domain3.com and so on, and if they need to send from domain2.com, they use Outlook 2003 to select the accounts. That part...
Thanks Neill
That is my concern, that it is not entirely going to overcome the lag problem.
They are using Outlook in Cached mode, but when they send an email it locks their PC's up. If an Exchange server is there, that will do all the work of sending/rec from the main office. But like you say...
Hi
I will be implementing an Exchange 2003 server at a remote site, the remote site currently has no server. I am building the server at the main site, then it will be shipped to the remote site, there are only 2 users there that will need to connect to get their mail. The server is not a Domain...
Can anyone help, I have a Windows 2003 domain with 2 exchange 2003 servers. My OWA is not working, and when I open IIS and right-click --> browse exchange, I get page cannot be displayed.
When I right-click --> open I get the following error message... "\\BackOfficeStorage\domain.com\MBX is not...
This may be the case but how can 3rd party software read the files and not the native NT backup? If the backup file is corrupt it would not read in the 3rd party software.
