Yea I acutally had a new user start awhile back when I was encountering these issues. I was able to get her mailbox to work just fine after tinkering with it, dont know what I did. To be honest, I am planing on installing Exchange 2007 as a stand alone rather than coupled with SBS 2003. It...
Scenario: Newly created user can access OWA but cannot connect to exchange mailbox within Outlook. This has been covered a few times but the solutions given have not worked for me.
I have done the following:
Update/Rebuild RUS, restart service/server, applied nomas tool, database is in...
Okay here is the results:

Here is the ext info for 320:

Thanks for the help merlinman. I guess I did not investigate my print options thoroughly. I did the print for 301 and it shows that is in Page Group 793. But when I print the Group Page, it does not list any ext's. I am going to test the Page Group and let you know if it works which it...
Which print should I do? I only see Ext Directory. I do not know how to print just one ext.
Also, I will try programming from ext 100 rather than WinSPM in order to verify it is not an issue with WinSPM. The only issue is that I have to do that before 7AM or at night.
Thanks again.
Ext.'s:
301 - 4412D+
302 - 4412D+
320 - 4406D+
330 - 4406D+
340 - 4406D+
After I enter the ext.'s withing the paging group, should I back out completely from SPM Mode and restart or should the changes take place right away?
Thanks for your help.
Here is the print. I cannot tell if their is a conflict. How does on figure it out?

I have been trying to add some extenstions to a group page.
Start WinSPM -> Standard SPM -> Sys Program -> Start -> Ext.'s -> Group Page -> 793 -> Type the ext.'s I want to add to group page and hit enter after each one.
I go back and do a print of the Group Page and no ext.'s are listed...
I started to answer your questions but when I got down to the last few, I started to ask myself if I posted in the wrong forum. Alot of the jargon used would be understood by a techie as myself.
what is "System file" you are saying? This system file is located in the system32/config folder...
I forgot to add one more solution.
If I can RDP into the server, I can correct the issue.
Does anyone know of a Network card that automatically installs with Win2000 Server? If I can do this, I can basically get the server up and running for the mean time.
Simple issue to fix but creates another issue!
I had a corrupted disk in which the System file was corrupted. This caused the keyboard and mouse issue to not work due to the corrupted file.
I can fix the issue by going into Recovery console and replacing the system file from the repair...
Quick question. I found 8264 error. [0x1000001] Local Error. The Address List RUS {Exchange server name} stopped. I am searching Google but results seem slim.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
The SID values are different from the main account and exchange value. Sorted the list by values and the sids are different. This is giving me the biggest headache in the world.
Yes it can. Enter the ip, it resolves and enters server/domain name. This is user specific/mailbox specific. I found the post where it states that RUS did not stamp the address...
No luck. I ran eseutil and isinteg. isinteg found 7 errors and fixed them but the main issue stands. I can create a new user and access mailbox via OWA but cannot connect with an Outlook profile. I recall reading about this on the web but cannot find it back.
Any direction?
Update:
MS Exchange Best Practices Analyzer shows that the RUS appears to be stalled. RUS(Enterprise Config) has not run. It states a manual restart of the MS SA service to be restarted. I restarted the service before when reading from other posts but no luck. I will try again and let you...
