Here was the fix:
Somehow, the mailbox class for that particular mailbox, had System greetings allowed. The guest actual recorded the same greeting for both Temporary greeting and System greeting. I had to go into Messaging Management and delete the System Greeting under Primary Language...

I am running CallPilot 4.0 We had a guest create a Temporary Greeting. Somehow, that greeting is now acting as a corporate greeting, it preceeds the personal messages on all extensions but, only on external calls. Internal calls are not affected.

Suddenly I am not hearing the RAN on my AWU. I get the call, but just dead air. I am able to hear it using the Access code however. I am running an Option 81c, rls 25.5. Nothing in the logs that I noticed. Any ideas?
Here is what's happening. With the last few storms we have gotten, we lose power for short periods of time (anywhere from 10 secs to 5 min). Our backup batteries kick in but, I have one super loop that just loses power. It's as if you actually turned the power off to the shelf. No lights...

The Sl 100 sets are what made me want one for the 81. They would come in handy. Maybe I can mess around with an old 2008 and make one myself.
