Is there a way to set a time out on visual voice mail so that if a user forgets to exit out of the visual voice mail the phone automatically goes back to the main screen so they done miss calls?
I had the exact same issue while moving from old Definity to IPO. I had AT&T trap the calls and got the same reply from AT&T. I asked AT&T to rebuild the PRI circuits from custom to NI2 and the problem was fixed, traps afterwords showed no issues with CLID.
