Thanks I already have the latest drivers loaded does not seem like a driver issue more of Hardware compatibility between Storage Tek and HP as the library sees the drive and firmware version as unknown

Hi Whenever legato selects a volume which is set to recyclable it us unable to relabel the tape automatically and comes up with duplicate volume name please remove the original volume and retry the operation. We have the jukebox set to auto Media Management Any ideas
