I do not belive that that changes the color of the Artboard Ruler. If it does you will have to give me more info. I think that changes the guides and the grid
I have used CS, CS2 and now have CS3. In the older versions, I was able to change the default settings on a new file. I am having a hard time in CS3 to find the name of the file that I change so I can have my preferences, like grid and rulers all the time.
