When I bought this (out of service)ACS 3.0 Processor it was a stand alone w/power cord, and 3 18d,s all working well.
When I plugged it in a Partner Plus carrier w/206e & 206's, that's when it went in to it's LCD flashing mode, but w/green light.
So now it does...

Well guys, I'm a little discussed with all the mismatch problems through out the years with AT&T Partner, Partner Plus, Partner 2, Avaya, Lucent, ACS, on and on. Now even the carriers aren't even compatible.
I think I going to look for a new partner in the phone system business.

Yes, the green light is on but it has a slight flicker to it about the same time the LCD's flash.
I'll try keeping it powered up longer as you suggested.

I have tried both, with just the power cord and with the carrier + 206's.
I haven't had the power on more than about 15 20 seconds.
Just afraid to leave it powered up too long for more damage to set in.
