How can I direct my switches 911 calls out of our switch to local 911 service with proper ANI?

Ok, i have a Avaya 8720 switch. We want to send 911 calls off to local counties emergency system. Easy to redirect with UDP, but what about the ANI ? My issue would be that the local Emergency wouldn't know where the call was actually coming from. How could I do this ?

Have an Avaya S8720, quick description of what is happening. Customer will say all of "A" switch numbers cannot dial out. I being "B" switch cannot dial into "A"....Status trunks they look fine. Found that if I flip the route pattern choice 1 & 2, IT WORKS AGAIN, temporarily. Any ideas /?

Thanks "simreal" & "biglebowski". We are going to try to get the Firewall Admin invovled to check for reason codes. I had an idea to just turn off the firewall and make some calls, I think the firewall is just a passive unit, and it will omit any policies . It might be a last ditch effort.

I can re-route a number w/Vector to a on base 5 digit number, but cannot re-reoute to an 10 digit off base number. I trace the vector and it shows it being routed, but the call goes idle....Any ideas.

Is there a command to show statins in switch that are "busied out"...I ve used "display errors" command and input 513 for "ERROR TYPE" to see what digital stations are status of disconnect. Works well....Any ideas?
