Andy, Thanks for the try. I was afraid that I would have to reinstall either windows or IE 5.5. I frankly don't like the prospects of having to either. You are very kind to at least give me the benefit of yur experience. spaper1- spaper1

problem viewing downloaded web site off line
When I download a web page using IE 5.5 and save it as "complete htm page" The folder with the images etc. as well as the IE file for the page is loaded into my computer. When I go to access the information, The page loads without the images. All I am getting is the text. I must be...- spaper1
