I just want to have this done for one user - not the other 300 + users.....The global policy seems to overwrite everything I try on an OU level. Even with blocked inheritance.

The other users only use the computer periodically throughout the day - thus have a more likely chance of hitting a point of inactivity. They are away longer but do not have the screen locked when they return.
This doesn't explain why users from the same group policy are not experiencing this problem. It is only two users out of a possible five that could be effected. All the users are under the same group policy.

I have a 2000 network with 2003 Terminal servers. The users on these servers do not have roaming profiles. I would like to redirect their Temporary Internet Files and Temp files to a common folder for deletion - can this be done?
