    9310 hand issue

    Had a couple of problems. Firstly there was an issue with one of the hands, so we replaced it. We ran an IPL long, but it wouldn't calibrate the camera. We then changed the PLS, and it would calibrate and ran fine for a couple of days, then failed with FSC 2113, any idea's as to what else might...

    I've got an L180 that keeps on coming up with this error. Its had the picker replaced, but after a while this fault comes back. Its got 9840 media in it, is there anything I can do to stop this happening? Is it more than the picker?

    SL500 password reset

    Hi, I have an SL500 which I can not log on to, I have a password and user, but when I try to logon it won't let me enter the password. I have been told there is a logon I can reset it with, its quiet an early box with version 1007 firmware, if that makes a difference.
