We have a random issue on our network where end users are losing their Outlook Profile.
As I say this is random one day alls fine, the next day they log on and the Outlook Configuration Wizard reruns for them to setup their profile again.
Clients are running Office2003 on a Exchange 2007...

That works great at creating folders and will save us a lot of time. Thanks for your swift reply.

Basically i want to create for each user a folder they can each access
i.e.

c:\home\username2
c:\home\username3
etc

Hi I'm in similar position to Isaac but I need to move mailboxes across domains.
We've recently gone through a merger and are in the process of setting up a new domain. We need to move mail from the old domain (exchange 2000) to the new domain which is exchange 2003.
