    ACD tracing

I believe so. I am not really trained in the Nortel system, so not certain if it is possible to get what I am looking for out of the system.

    ACD tracing

I have that information, but I am finding ACD numbers that do not have a DN pointing to them that is dialable, just trying to figure out a way to determine if the number is being used. If you dial the ext intrnally it goes to a location, but trying to find how it would be called on when it is...

Is there an easy way to map what all the extensions to see where their next hop is...

    Contact Center configuration

Thank you. The one other thing I had to change was NRRT. To go to a different route. Once that was complete the final config went from a CDN to the ACD to the Hunt pilot in Call manager. Works like a champ.

    Contact Center configuration

Thank you for your accurate response. I created an ACD as well but took the route out of it. Will I need the ACD?

    Contact Center configuration

Hi All, I am trying to create a queue in contact center that basically just counts the number of calls received to a specific number. That is one part of the problem. I am then trying to get the call to route through the 81c to an ip phone in call manager. The CDN part is routing to the ACD...

QSIG between OPT11 and Cisco 3825

Thank you for your responses. I did find the problem. It was a binding statement on the router that was causing layer 3 not to communicate between the router and the option 11.

QSIG between OPT11 and Cisco 3825

Hi all, I have created a QSIG trunk between a remote option 11 and the Cisco 3825 at the same location. I have been able to get the 2 systems to see each other, but am unsuccesful in completing a call accross the trunk. I get a fast busy when I try to make a call from my ip phone. I see the call...

    Call Manager version 8.0

Has anyone upgraded to Call Manager 8.0? If so, have you noted any major issues?

    Allowing * commands

We have opted to use a dialable number instead just for the nortel phones. Thanks for all your help.

    Allowing * commands

Thanks for your reply. I am trying to get the PBX to pass the characters to Unity. I tried the changes and it did not make a difference. Any other Ideas?

    Allowing * commands

There is nothing configured with a *, and *1234 is just representing the *ext. I deleted the feature codes already, that is why we are not seeing any at this time. But now the system doesn't recognize the * at all.

    Allowing * commands

Does anyone know of a way to allow * commands in the Nortel environment? We have a hybrid system until we switch our call center over to VOIP, but in the meantime we are changing from Meridain Mail to Unity Connection. The new voicemail works just fine on the Nortel phones, but it does not allow...
