Looks like VMWare is softening their stance.... essentially doubling vRAM entitlements per proc purchase and capping any single VM at 96GB vRAM usage despite being allocated more.

Problem is that VMWare spoiled the crap out of everyone with their ESXi free offerings and basically unlimited resource allocation across their versions.
While not happy about the capex increase, this was a necessary move by VMWare... as less processor does much more nowadays.

Hi there. Your cisco side config is correct, in that you have defined the access list for the crypto map..which includes an IP allow from the Cisco side to the SG720 side.
My guess would be that you need to create some form of access list entry in the SG720 to allow from local to remote...
That is a really tall order. You would assuredly save tons of time blowing away the config and re-setting up the site to site / client vpn profiles.
This is assuming you have access to the firewall / IP information for the remote site.

What Cisco VPN client version are you using?

You shouldn't have to "reapply" the SSL after installing the intermediate certificate. If you view the SSL, specifically the Certification Path tab... do you have the GoDaddy chain there... and does the Certificate Status indicate as OK?

Understanding the Linux kernel enough to obtain a certification is always good, particularly when doing advanced work with ESX (just a Linux OS)
I wouldn't say to get one or the other (MS vs. Linux). The majority of the networks out there have Windows servers to one extent or another. Unless...
Do you have static or roaming profiles?

Agree with Vince in terms of order of importance...
1. Forget MCSE, it is a dead cert. Focus on MCITP with Microsoft.
2. VMWare VCP is in very high demand. Online / In-Person course attendance is required and runs around $3500 (not counting the exam itself)
3. Citrix certifications are good...
Gurner-
The overhead of a persistent VPN tunnel between two offices with ASA terminated tunnels is negligible. If there is no traffic destined for either site, then there is no real drain on bandwidth keeping the tunnels live.
That being said, and to directly answer your question, I am...
GoDaddy has intermediary certificates which must be installed to establish the full certificate chain.
Do you have the GoDaddy intermediate certificate(s) installed?

Can you please condense this to include only the crypto map / tunnel group / ACL's for said crypto map of the problem VPN connection?

Hi there..
Ok, so currently the 2811 is connected to Procurve's which are handling the VLAN assignments.
1. What is in front of the 2811, or is that just the edge device for your T1 / other circuit?
2. Is there a procurve for each vlan (switch one handles vlan 1, etc)
3. When you say you...

Lol Pat, good point. Either way, would you agree that regardless of platform....a stepped transition as opposed to PST import migration is probably the way to go?

I would suggest looking at a couple things.
1. The send connectors EHLO advertisement, and if it matches up to your Reverse DNS record with your ISP
2. Do you have a reverse DNS record.
3. Do you have more than one static IP, if not then I would suggest you lock down outbound 25 to only the...
Zeno-
I would strongly suggest doing the stepped upgrade, for a couple reasons.
1. PST export / import is going to take a while. In Exchange 2007 / 2010 you don't have the benefit of exmerge, and would need a second server with appropriate 2007 /2010 management tools to do any kind of...
