Shadow Boxes - Driving up Size of Document
Right 1.5MB is not big - but I do have a file that is 60 plages and over 10MB that I need to e-mail to about 30 people --- it will kill their inboxes. Is there anything to do with the fonts I can try?- alviani

Shadow Boxes - Driving up Size of Document
I am converting a file from Excel to PPT to PDF --- the file has shadow boxes throughout the document as a formatting preference. When i convert to PDF, the shadow boxes take up a huge amount of memory ---- an example - a 4 page PDF is 1.5MB --- but when I remove the shadow boxes it is only...- alviani
