We have two TIE trunks that are connecting our CS1000 to an Audiocodes mediant via PRIs. We can originate a call from athe IP side of the mediant to any 4 digit extension within the CS1000. We can call 9+ and make a local call. We cannot however, call a CDN that is acquired by contact...
We have a CS1K Rel 6 w/ CC7. We have two TIE lines in a route we connect to a gateway. We can send calls to just about any destination other than a CDN that is acquired by CC7.
We can send calls to this CDN via DID trunks, just not these two PRIs configured as TIE.

Greetings.. We're having a minor interoperability issue with integration between CC7 and Cisco ICM. We're unable to see unique call details for qued calls in ICM.. we can see summary info, but no details.. any direction and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We have a CS1000 w/ CC7.. we're using Not Ready codes for agent status. Is there a way to totally eliminate the MSB key from a phoneset and still allow agents to log out ?
We're unable to determine if there is any degredation in performance that correlates with these messages. There are a tremendous amount of these reported on the console throughout the day.
We take 5000-7000 calls per day with 26 PRIs.... We're curious as to whether the BUG would correlate with...

Is it possible to provide RTD over the internet?
We currently offer Historical Reports.. however, RTD does not display when connecting via the internet. The only success we have experienced is via VPN. Multicast/Unicast over the internet seems to be a problem.. Perhaps it isn't routable ...
