    Nope... I tried illustrator11 form the CS suite, it doesn't recognize the CDR12 files - any other app to try with?

    sure I did - I only forgot to mention :( And of coure, it didn't work. Files were created by CDR 12

    I have a trouble opening some corel Draw 12 file with a bitmap inside (not all of them!). It holds on, or says "error reading a bitmap inside the file...". If I try to ignore|retry|cancel, the file won't open. I tried opening backup files, some of them have the same problem :( TIA Paolo
