Thanks for the reply Unfortunately, we need to use the scanner command as we are using it to bring in specific savesets from backup tapes generated from networker servers at other sites into our test networker server.

I ran nsrjb to get information about the tapes and found that the output is not consistent with the tape numbers in the slots. Looks like nsrjb is not able to fetch a refreshed set of information about the tapes. Please advise if anybody has run into similar situation.
