Thank you for your reply but I have found the solution. It appears that when you use the wrong mail template you can get this problem. I updated the client and the mail template and the problem went away.

I found the answer. First of all make sure that you have a mail file design that is compatible with your client. Next all you need to do is choose upgrade folder design option under the actions menu. After that choose automatic.

Thanks for the idea but I decieded to go a more drastic route. She has been having a lot of little problems and I decided to just create a new mail file for her. Her mail file way approaching 7GB, and got corrupted effecting many different features. It works now with the new mail file.

Is their a way to highlight text in a e-mail and then only print that text. In other words you would select only some text in an e-mail and then choose only to print the selcted text and only that. I have a user that says she used to be able to do that until recently. I have never seen it done...

I have a user that it trying to edit the default out of office message. When she edits the default message and hits the enable button it forgets the customized message. It just displays the default one, not her addtions. Any idea why it's loosing her changes?
