Also have no problem with MOC or MAT, this is just used every couple of years to alphabetize the directory of system speed dial so I do a listup, make changes and split the 720 and 721 into separate CSV's for upload in MACH.
Had no problem with the bin to numbers for 720, just couldnt remember what was used for the bin to name, used underscores for space and am still missing something... I'll keep looking.
Had used mach for 721 at this site for arranging speed names once and cannot remember what trick there was for names. I remembered that a character had to be used instead of a space but there's something that I am still missing.
Try dialing 88+0XX for the line you are curious about and see what happens. (88004 for line 4) It could be restricted or buttons are not programmed. If the lines appear on all other phones and not on these 2 then it's probably just button programming. If this is the case then the button mapping...
I'm not a Cisco tech either but I do agree with kwing regarding the power. I think I recall slots on the Cisco POE switches that require modules be installed for the particular POE equivalent of ports.
Thanks Smoom, I will get new manuals... Update on trouble follows. I built a couple of virtuals and put them on this set this morning and CAN call forward ALL to them as a temp fix. System just went to 12.2 yesterday and trouble began before upgrade. NEC has lab tests for current application...
Dterm shows no indication of ring (lamp or audible) when prime number is called to idle set. If a virtual call is in progress then set will ring and indicator works. No fowards are set for the prime but CCC'd them anyway when checking. Forwarded no answer and still will not work on idle set...
