    BAB 11.5 SP2 with Agent for Open Files ... My backup job is incomplete when I backup the System State (see error below) ... I have filtered to exclude the folders concerned but System State Backup seems to ignore the filter ... Any idea ? W3404 Unable to open file...

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled from scratch (not remotely but from the console)I've applied SP2 ... and now it's working fine ... apparently CA doesn't have the reason of this error code as they haven't replied to my Email ... Thanks anyway !
