    Don't know if you saw my last response. Seems I can't see it here for some reason..it went away. But yes, I did record the announcement. You can dial it and hear it. I've changed the COR for the AGENT to have "hear VDN of Origin" to Y and added the announcement into the field on the VDN...

    Yes...I can call the announcement directly and hear what I recorded. I placed the announcement extension number in the VDN of Origin field in the VDN. I enabled "Hear VDN of Origin" with the COR. Now, where to use that COR...for both the station and the agent ID?

    I'm having an issue with not hearing the VDN of Origin announcement, but hearing a double beep, prior to receiving the automatic answer call. What am I doing wrong? I have the COR and the VDN set up but it's not working the way I thought. Rosemary
