I have a single user with a 9608 that will just stop logging calls into history. Doing a craft clear restores the functionality for about 2-3 hours, then it just stops again.
User is high volume, but so are plenty of others, any ideas? We have swapped out the phones and are getting the same...
Using Avaya CM Messaging, I've attempted setting up SMTP relay of voicemail off the system with no luck.
I have defined my smtp relay in Server Administration->External Hosts. I then added selected that host in the dropdown under Mailbox Gateway Machine Name within the IMAP/SMTP...
I'm trying to wrap my head around something:
I have an 1841 with T1 WIC, Wireless 802.11g WIC, and two FA interfaces.
T1 WIC gets a serial IP from AT&T
I want to Bridge the wireless WIC and one of the FA interfaces(FA0/1).
FA 0/0 is connected to a DSL modem
I'm getting a /29 of public IP...
Solved my own issue, the far end routers(1800 series) were rekeying every 3600 seconds. The ASA profile was set to 28800 seconds, but the far end routers overrode it(Debugging on the ASA helped with this) IN my VPN profile I reset the keying to 28800 on the far end 1800 series routers and now...
I have about 25 offices setup with Site-to-Site tunnels to a Cisco ASA 5510. The 25 offices use mainly 1800 series routers(1811W mostly).
Every office experiences multiple disconnects every day, where the VPN appears to drop and restart instantaneously.
Each location runs Citrix to a server...
I need advise on the best setup. I have an ASA and a traditional 1841 router. My 1841 currently terminates all VPN tunnels(about 30 so far). Both devices sit on my corporate network. Should I make the gateway for my corporate machines my ASA, which then forwards to the 1841, or vice versa...
If I issue
sh ip route
On the 2600, I get only routes I have defined in the config, none of the VPN tunnels show up. Those static routes to redistribute.
I've never considered adding a ranged route, just curious if this was even possible.
Can OSPF be setup to redistribute IPSEC routes?
I have a 2600 that terminates 20-25 tunnels. IP addresses behind each are 192.168.1.0, 192.168.2.0, 3.0, 4.0, etc etc.
I'd like to use OSPF to advertise these to my ASA that sits on the same network as the 2600 so I don't have to static map...
I have an ASA 5520, need some advise.
Three interfaces are setup, inside, DMZ, and outside.
The three above have the following security(in order) 100, 50, 0
As I understand it, inside can talk to all interfaces without any ACL logic(yes I have the option enabled for same level traffic).
I'm...
I have an ASA box that is constantly sending me the following errors:
<163>%ASA-3-305005: No translation group found for udp src outside:192.168.200.3/138 dst outside:192.168.200.255/138
<163>%ASA-3-305005: No translation group found for udp src outside:192.168.200.3/137 dst...
I configured this beast with the ASDM utility, so if it's wrong blame cisco's confusing tools.
ciscoasa# sh running-config

Ideally I'd like to redirect this request to another subnet, or block it. The VPN clients are setup to get a fixed WINS server so this broadcast request is redundant.
Can someone give me an example nat statement for a Cisco ASA router to handle netbios requests? My router is throwing off log entries each time a client makes a netbios request to the broadcast address:
<163>%ASA-3-305005: No translation group found for udp src outside:192.168.200.2/138 dst...
Here's my current config
1. Under Services->Routing Service->Schedules, Night is set to Manual with No overflow
2. Under Services->Ringing Service->Schedules, Night is set to Manual, Trunk Answer is set to Y, and Extra Dial is 221(Operator DN)
3. Under the Line Settings for Ringing...
My current night service activates manually and goes into Ring Group 002, of which the CallPilot 150 is the only member. I don't see anywhere to change the number of rights, or is that a CallPilot feature?
This all hinges on how the numbers are delivered to the Asterisk box, and what interfaces you have:
1. If it's analog delivery, do the analog lines present the DID digits to the asterisk box?
2. If it's ISDN or PRI delivery you should receive the DID digits natively, make sure.
3. If it's...
First I'll ask if the following scenario is possible, then any tips anyone has on programming it:
1. Setup AA to answer calls after 0 rings between 5P and 8A(non business hours) on target line 201(DID 8088 from a PRI redirected).
2. Setup Line 201 to ring at operator(221) during business...
