    AES TSAPI Licenses

    We have been advised by AVAYA that we need 1 license per recording channel + 1 per agent to be monitored + 1 per skill to be monitored + 5% "just in case". Unfortunately TSAPI seems to be a black art when it comes to getting a definitive answer from either AVAYA or Verint.

    unable to send or recieve FAX

    There is a "known issue" with S8XXX systems regarding faxes & modems. Seems as though most will fail if the analogue card & trunks are in different port networks. Voice traffic will not be affected, it's something to do with the IP-TDM-IP conversion.

    Logging on via ASA

    MMS does not allow login from ASA. You can only adminster mailboxes from the web interface.
