    Did you already try it with the parameter -rl (retention level). For the retentionnumber see Master Server properties - retention periodes. 0 = 1 week 1 = 2 weeks etc.

    Hi, we use already a T2000 as media server and Netbackup 6.0 MP2. stk5500 with 6 lto2 and 10 lto1. LTO3 is planned for the end of the year. It is stable and we will upgrade all our mediaservers to T2000.

    Can you see a pending job in de device monitor, if so drag and drop the job on an empty drive. Second option use the bplabel-command first before using existing non NBU-tapes. Third option check in the Master Server Properities - Media all the options on 'allow media overwrite'.
