    Hi there, i'm a bit of a beginner and am having issues with the language. I'm trying to make it so i can refer to the values in a selected range. eg Dim XValues As String Range(Selection, Selection.End(xlDown)).Select Xvalues = <The Values in the range> Any ideas?

    the thing is i have the title, xvalues and yvalues to change the "Sheet1" on for 8 different datasets on 12 or so different graphs. i'll get rsi if i keep having to do it manually. anyway, i'll crack on with it tomorrow and see how far i get. thanks for the help.

    Hmm... The thing is i have the same layout on all my sheets, so all i need to change in the chart is the name of the sheet in the series string. will it be easy to do that with a combo box?
