Hello,
I have an SV8300 with a GPZ-128IPLC-A VoipDb and I'm getting a fault "VoIPDB Startup Process is failure" and it's saying it's unmounted.
What could be the issue?
Thanks!
Hello,
As of now if a call is missed at a dterm the calling extension stays on the display until it goes off-hook.
Where do you turn that feature off?
Thanks
Belvedre,
I think one time you pointed to a guide for initial programming and setup for the 9100 or 8100. Would you be able to point me in the direction?
Thank you!

Call by call service was set up for each route in OPR 1
Had to go to ACBC and delete the call by call servie and started working like a champ!!

AFRS- TN 1, RT 63, DC 92, OPR 1
Currently 92 is set to 8 AMND, when I change it to 11, then it blocks.
OPR 1 is for local calls
All I have to do is change from 7 digit to 10 digit dialing for local calls. Changed AMND from 8 to 11, but when client calls out we get a rest and his extension.
I have checked LCR from start to finish and have not seen anything to block the call.
Thanks
Yes you can, got to CMD 13-04 and enter the number you want to block. You can name it anything, then internal dial for the transfer type. Point it to a non working extension and when they call it will send a CO intercept "The number you reached has been disconnected, or is no longer in service...
