Re-booting the switches seemed to fix the issue. I guess I should have just done that first.
Yes the line is the same in the other configs and works ok, I tested your suggestion but it is still the same. Very strange thanks for your help though.
It might be down to the amount of power the switch can supply. Might be worth checking how much power the AP's draw and how much the switch you have can supply.

I'm configuring AAA on some 3560 switches. They are using Radius authentication to an IAS server. I can get the users to authenticate but they aren't being put strait into privilege exec mode like they should be.
Below is the AAA config:
aaa new-model
aaa authentication login default...
If the packets are going out then its probably a routing issue host 3 has no route back to the firewall. Might be useful if you could get a switch between the firewall and the router and packet sniff it to see if the packets are making it to router1.

If its a number that is dialed alot you could set a VDN for that number and the people in your office dial a 4 digit number this way it could follow the vector before dialing out.

I had the same problem a little while ago and its a "Feature" of the system. Its already rung those extensions and no one has answered so it thinks there is no need to ring them again as no one is there.
