    Thanks for the replies everyone. In the end it started working with the same config I posted before. Re-booting the switches seemed to fix the issue. I guess I should have just done that first.

    Yes the line is the same in the other configs and works ok, I tested your suggestion but it is still the same. Very strange thanks for your help though.

    It might be down to the amount of power the switch can supply. Might be worth checking how much power the AP's draw and how much the switch you have can supply.

    The Authorization part of the config should put the user strait into privilege mode but it doesnt seem to be having any effect.

    No Sorry I just read your post again they get the switch> prompt but have to enable to get to the switch# prompt and they shouldnt have to.

    Yes thats correct it should let them into enable mode it's working on my other devices but these are the first 3560's I've tried to set it up on.

    If the packets are going out then its probably a routing issue host 3 has no route back to the firewall. Might be useful if you could get a switch between the firewall and the router and packet sniff it to see if the packets are making it to router1.

    Hi Dario, If its a number that is dialed alot you could set a VDN for that number and the people in your office dial a 4 digit number this way it could follow the vector before dialing out.

    Thanks for the reply, I have added a call pickup group with all the users in it. I was wondering how you physically picked up the call on the 4602 as it has no call pickup button and you cannot assign buttons in the station settings.
