In Service Center 5.1,If I click the icon System in the screen (Service Management->Take New Calls,the populated list is not showing all the added categories.
This happens only when I login as support or sustainer user.

Hi All,
I copied peregrine production data to test environment. Then I started the SC mail client. notifications were sent to reported users for the open tickets.
Is there any way to stop this notification mails?
To rectify this problem, time being I have stopped SC mail client.

service center is installed in test environment.
I pasted the following text in properties of my desktop shorcut of service center console icon.
