I have a customer that changed their PRI from a 5ESS switch with ATT protocol to...and I don't get this...a 4ESS with AT&T Megacom service...needless to say it ain't working so well. I don't know what MegaCom is but calls are coming in just fine, however there is no outbound. AT&T is telling...

Was there any release of Magix that would not allow the headset port on the 4424D+ extension to work with the hic cord. I was thinking and I don't know why, that r2.0 still didn't allow use of the hic cord but I could be wrong. Am I???

ACS release 5.0 intermittent not lighting MWL on various extensions. Have replace VM pcmcia card and reset and reprogrammed the processor. Not all MWL's on the same module. I am leaning to a problem with the processor. Any thoughts or ideas...or good solid guesses??? Much Obliged!!! BillDaBull
