Dodge: I think it's like that with any 'customer service' call centre mate. Best bet is to come on somewhere like this first and ask a few questions. To eliminate the time factor have you considered maybe having a backup server for if the main one goes down. You'll have no down time then.

Its a Sony StorStation. Which is a good tape deck worth investing in a good one had a cheaper one a few years back and had quite a few problems with it being non-detectable by the server or failing to eject tapes. When you say any web site's do you mean where you can buy it from?

Well the box will open blank with a red cross in the corrner but if there is a giff on the same page it will open them fine. Im sure it has the latest version of flash on it.

Hi mate ive been backing up our mac server for about 5 -6 years using Retrospect with tape drive.Have had a few problems over the years but the version at the mo Retropect 6.1 has been great. Would recomend it.

But i open the same site on another pc in office and it works fine. I've check the cookies and other security settings and the are the same as the pc that works. Any ideas??
