I have CR Professional 8.5 How would I go about scheduling it in thsi and if they overlap will it just start it after the last one is done. Example
8:00 print report 1 to pdf
8:05 print report 2 to pdf
what happens if report 1 does not finish till 8:08
Is there anyway to run a number of reports back to back instead of sitting here waiting for each one to print? Can I tell it I want all the reports in one folder processed and saved to that folder??

It is to load into a massive printer to run a big job the pages are fron and back and there is about 65 thousand of them. It is creating a huge print job.
I have a Crystal reports 8.5 and I am trying to export a file with about 130,000 pages to pdf format. It keeps failing to export is there a setting I must change or is this a know limitation or am I doing something wrong? The pages ar 4.25" by 4.5".

I have a prininting operation and I am trying to use Crystal Reports to set up my PDF's for sending to my press. The Problem I am running into is it is not always page sized. some are post card some are half a page and some are weird sizes is there anyway to set this in Crystal reports 8.5
I have it set up as 8 seperat details sections and have them turned on to suppress if blank but i need it to leave a total of 8 lines of space. Is that possible or is my explanation ot clear enough.
Right now I have a Crystal Reports details section bringing back records and leaving out blanks.
The problem is now that I leave out the blanks it changes the vertical start position of each column.
