By done I mean checked. That's the way it was/is set. Form 19 nothing unusual, just set for LDN keys. I'll try again to listen to the "0" name. Seems like that wasn't an option, nor is deleting it and re-programming it.

Yes, there is a call staus in maintenance. By extension, trunk, software id, and show status all. Call shows ringing extension, then goes to idle after it forwards, doesn't show where it forwards to, however, but it forwards to operator mailbox, even though it says the GM's name.

Done. "0" is transfer only, and the extension is "0".

All overseas area codes are denied, I have the list. Calls are not going off-site, Dial "0" calls are getting the actual GM's mailbox name.

GM mailbox name has highjacked the operators default mailbox name, so upon cfna or dial "0", you get the GM name instead of "you are being transferred to the operator". Checked all fwding and re-routing.

SX200 ICP general manager's recorded name for his mailbox has "highjacked" the default "The operator" when transferred to same. So when I reach the AA and dial "0", I get "you are being transferred to: "Adam Johnson". CFNA system wide is met with same.

SX 200 MX, no I haven't tried that. It's a remote site.

CO Line keys

Have a couple 5330 sets that stopped ringing on CO Line keys, but will ring when someone calls it's extension. Also no blinking line key light either, so not volume.

I have a controller with issues, won't boot up, just cycles. Suspect software problems. I have a boot disk I want to use to clean out the database. Does the boot disk go in slot 1 or 2, and should I leave the compact flash installed, and if so which slot?

Data base back-up, replace flash drive, replace T1 card, data base restore, everything came back up perfectly until... I looked at the T1 NIU and it was red! Replace cable all good! Thanks all! It was everything!

New controller, sys id button, resets and hangs. Pulled all station cards and just ran the console and ip sets. Resets, but comes back up wrong time and date that won't change. Suspect failing power supply.

Replaced sys id button on AX Controller and entered new MOSS and password. Everything is up and working, but every 2 minutes (reading logs) it cycles from old sys id installed to new sys id installed. Also Major Alarm, but all devices available in Alarm thresholds. Any advice?
