Help...How to disable transferring to specific stations?
Well... We would like to only eliminate the autoattendant from being able to transfer to these... My other option...which I have had no luck...is to have the SMDR unit track these...it tracks the call comming in and then tranferred, but does not show where it was transferred.... Caller ID not display till phone picked up
Could someone share the fix? We were told by our vendor that this was a bug in the firmware and it would cost about 1200 to upgrade the firmware and we would have to purchase a new PRI enabler code... On all our phones if someone uses DID we get no CID...if the use the Autoattendant and...- blascrw

Help...How to disable transferring to specific stations?
We are a MFG plant...we want to disable the autoattendant from transferring to specific stations. Exaple bob's wife calls...gets auto attendant and enters 1111 the extension out on the production floor. currently it transferrs to that extension...we do not want that to happen. Thanks!!!!!!- blascrw
