    We have a new music on hold vendor and now the volume is very low. I checked the NTPs for a way to control the volume in the RDB, but I don't see anything. Is this possible or can it only be adjusted on the MOH Unit? Kimmiejoe

    Meridian Mail

    Occasionally when a user is in their voice mail box, the message is "ringing", then twice someone actually answered the phone. Can anyone explain why that is happening? Is that something I should be concerned about?
