Deploy a logon script via gpo?

I cant browse to the security group because the containing object is the file server itself and cant be changed. I know why, its because the file server logs on to a workgroup, not a domain. For security reasons the previous Admin set this up and I dont think they want me to change it.

Office installation loops over and over again

Ive installed MS Office on an XP SP2 box as the local admin. When I log in as any user, the installation process loops infinitely and the programs will not run. I made sure to activate it while still logged in as the local admin. Am I missing a registry edit?

    online folder synchronization

Online, not offline. What I'd like to know is if there is a way for multiple users to sync different folders to a file server and reflect the latest change. For example: User1 and User2 are both editing the same document in FolderA located on ServerZ. User1 finishes first but User2 is still...

Allow users to install local printers

There is a local admin but the user will be running it from home and I dont want them to have the admin password. I thought there was a way to grant a user the specific right? And yes, domain gpo is preventing local printers.

Allow users to install local printers

I thought Id find this in gpedit.msc but I must be blind. Im downloading drivers for a user to install their home printer on a work laptop but when they run the "Add Printer" wizard, they are only allowed to install network printers and not local ones.
