We've got up-to-date Cisco 2800's in all locations. The Cisco's aren't dropping any voice packets, but when the issue happens we do notice a large drop off in the amount of voice traffic.

At my hub i have a reception hunt group with 2 users, calls from outside come in fine and ring both softconsoles. Calls from remote sites that are forwarded to the hub ring, however sometimess the receptionist at the hub connects and drops the call.

When set to T1 I get incoming calls.
