Thanks for your input, time will tell if bad port in PBX is the one to blame or not.

Yes the PRI is set to Primary and well the TELCO tells me that the lines get blocket every now and then and they deblock the timeslot 1 and the system is upp and running an while and blocks the TELCO again ...
