No. The user is a subscriber to AOL using a TimeWarner/RoadRunner cable connection. When you mentioned PPPoE I thought yes at first because the user did tell me she had to log on to AOL to get connected. So, unlike most non-PPPoE cable connections her internet is not 'always on'. Yes. It is activated with a total of 200 TSCals of which 112 have been issued as of this morning, so 88 are available.
